  1. Meet participants and team
  2. Review on the updated list of things to bring
  3. Check on any dietary requirements or food allergies
  4. Just to confirm whether they are all over 18 (since we are going to pub)
  5. Make sure participants bring lunch and snacks for Day 1
  6. Tell them that there will be 2.5 hours of free time on Day 1. Can unpack, walk around, read books, chat, study????
  7. Make sure that they reach Southern Cross on time (preferably at 7 am on 21st of September) and meet at the correct spot
  8. Arrange lifts and/transport for Day 1 and Day
  9. Make sure that they have each other’s phone number, at least 3 team members’ phone number
  10. Make sure that their family or housemates have the teams' phone numbers, in case of emergency at home and they cannot contact the participant/s
  11. Remind them about the Forum at Boort P-12 College. They will be sharing their university experience with year 10, 11 and 12 students.

ü Spending money (we will be visiting many agribusinesses during our trip and it would be fantastic if we could help to support them – plus their produce would make fantastic gifts for friends and family upon return. Gifts include green tomato produce <spread, salad dressings>, wool pillows and quilts, jam, olives, wine, antique goods, homemade soaps, etc)
ü Sturdy shoes for walking (hiking boots are ideal but runners will do)
